As our city begins the process of rebuilding following the powerful tornadoes that struck Middle Tennessee last week, much of our community is still in need. These storms, which left a massive trail of destruction, claimed the lives of 25 people and left many others homeless, displaced and in great need of assistance.
If we know anything about our home, it’s that Nashville is truly strong, and Tennessee is called the volunteer state for a reason. We are so thankful for the kind acts of those in our community thus far to volunteer their time and service, donate, sort debris, offer shelters, cook warm meals and help strangers as if they are friends. This is what truly makes Nashville a special place.
As a locally-grown Nashville business, The Pasta Shoppe is committed to helping support and sustain ongoing efforts to get our neighbors back on their feet. We have partnered with The Nashville Food Project throughout the month of March to provide continued support and give back through their relief efforts.

ABOUT THE NASHVILLE FOOD PROJECT
The Nashville Food Project mission is to bring people together to grow, cook and share nourishing food, with the goals of cultivating community and alleviating
hunger in our city. Their team of staff and volunteers were some of the first to respond following last week’s tragedy, delivering nearly 2,000 made-from-scratch meals to emergency shelters and neighborhood recovery hubs in North Nashville, East Nashville, and Donelson. For more information on the organization and its efforts, please visit: www.thenashvillefoodproject.org
On behalf of our family and our team here at The Pasta Shoppe, we thank you for helping us to rebuild our community and take part in vital recovery efforts. #NashvilleStrong
