This soup was a big hit in my house. Absolutely delicious and effortless to make. Just grab a bag of frozen veggies or fresh can if you like and throw it in a pot. I used chicken broth in place of the water and canned chicken from Costco. Pot only lasted about 2 hours in the house. This will be a staple for us for the winter time from now on.
