I was worried that the pasta might arrive in broken pieces or that it wouldn’t hold its shape when cooked. Even though it arrived in an envelope without much padding, the pasta was intact, and it held its shape and looked great when cooked.

I’ve given this pasta in its cute shapes as gifts several times. The recipients finally told me it gets mushy in places very quickly, while the rest is still hard. Given two of the recipients are accomplished chefs, it isn’t their prep causing this. I love the gift idea, but feel bad that my gift recipients finally had to tell me how awful this stuff is.

So funny to see when people realize the shapes! Not surprised by this dog momma that I would serve paw pasta, lol…..I made this for a party as chicken ranch pasta salad , and I will say everyone loves this pasta. Very hearty!
